It was an online lecture portal project, which was for the famous lecturer in South Korea. The web contents included video lectures, news, blog, e-commerce shopping mall, search engine, community rooms, etc. The main concern of the web construction was focusing on a user-friendly website with a one-click process, minimizing clicking experience. It took to be developed for 3 months with three contracted companies working together. I managed the whole project as a project manager.
